What We Like to Hear

We would love to hear from you about anything related to recreation, sport or leisure in your community. If you would like some help in getting your club started, organized or even in fundraising, please let us know. If you would like information displayed on one of our pages updated, we would be grateful to hear from you. If you are someone who would like to keep like-minded members posted on happenings with your group....we can help. We can even create a forum through which you can appreciate sponsors, players or even fans. We would basically just love to hear from you. Thank you, from the staff at got2play.com.

Ad Auction Information

Find a page with a right side-bar ad space.
Note the number down the page, example: 1, 2 or 3.
Note the page name, example: Cornwall: Arts and Crafts.
Type the page into the message space of the contact form, example: “Cornwall:Arts and Crafts” followed by the space number you are inquiring about.
We will contact you back with the price for that space and when it is coming available for bid. Ads normally come available for bid every two months, unless a year has been paid for in advance.
You place a bid. For an empty ad space it is automatically $1 per month.
Please send us a graphic with text that would be readable in a right sidebar widget the size of the space you are bidding for. This could be as simple as a scan of your business card. If you are feeling lucky, have us assemble an advertisement for you for free and you can tell us if you would like to use that ad.
Please send us the website or Facebook URL that you would like us to link to a hyperlink to be displayed immediately beneath your graphic in the same ad space.
Please send us the text that you would like that hyperlink to display, up to eight words., example: “Ziggy’s 2018 Craft Show & Bizarre”.
We send you a test version of the page with your ad. Should you be in agreement with how the ad displays, a bill will be created for a two-month period. Preferred methods of payment will be via Pay-Pal or direct email money transfer.
Should you pay for a full year in advance, any subsequent offers will be advised that bidding does not open until that year ends.
It is most likely that some ads will “accidentally” continue beyond their agreed upon period purchased. You are only billed for what you agreed upon. Because of this, please let us know if you want an ad taken down at the end of the period you have purchased; otherwise, you may be subjected to free advertising. Please, also, be advised that if you have not renewed your purchase at the end of an agreed upon period, your ad may suddenly and without the usual two-month’s notice, be replaced by another bidder’s ad.
If you are someone who does not have a website or Facebook page of your own, we may be able to include an information page for your organization or group within got2play’s pages. We would call you to discuss what this may entail. Individual information pages could offer anything from fan comments to live streams or even customer contact services.
