History

My father used to take me to auctions when I was little. He would give me $20 and let me use his number to bid on items. My first item won was a glass trophy case that went straight to my bedroom to house all of my sporting awards. From an early age I realized that this was a great way to obtain things that you would not otherwise invest money into buying. I didn’t really return to the auction scene until COVID but Since 2021 I have won over 3,000 lots. All at fraction of what I would have paid at retail price. Most of these items were for personal use, but because I enjoyed the hunt so much, I began to think that I should be doing this for other people. I expanded my area of search, established international shipping addresses and fine tuned my pickup and delivery logistics. I have also fine-tuned my bidding strategies. I am now entirely confident that I can really help people with this hobby.

My wife has developed a knack for acquiring items at amazing prices and has one of the largest fibre-arts inventories of wool, crafting items and sewing machines that I have ever seen. Her knowledge of the finer things in life, like china, crystal and sewing materials has proven invaluable.

Because we enjoy this so much, you could expect us to continue for the long term.
